About Our Dried Blueberries
Blueberries don't grow widely in India, so what you're getting here is imported fruit, dried down to concentrate both the flavour and the antioxidants that make blueberries popular in the first place. We look for berries that are still slightly plump rather than shrivelled hard — that's the difference between a good batch and an average one.
Dried, the flavour turns sweeter and more concentrated than fresh blueberries, with a chewy, slightly tacky bite similar to a raisin. They're an easy way to add a "superfood" element to breakfast — stirred into yoghurt, sprinkled over oats or muesli, folded into pancake batter, or just eaten by the handful when you want something sweet that isn't candy.
How to Use It
- Snack on a small handful for a sweet, chewy treat.
- Toss into oats, yoghurt or granola for extra flavour and colour.
- Use in baking — muffins, cookies and breads.
- Mix into a homemade trail mix with nuts and seeds.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. For children under 3, please introduce dried fruit under adult supervision.
