At TheMomMix, we work hard to deliver premium quality dry fruits and snacks with utmost freshness. If you're ever not satisfied with your purchase, here's our return and refund policy.
Product Issue & Delivery Policy
If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective product, please let us know within 3 days of delivery (delivery date + 2 days).
This window matters — it's how long our courier partners will provide us the Proof of Delivery (POD) needed to process your request.
📌 Requests raised after this period may not be eligible for resolution, since courier partners don't share POD beyond that timeline.
📩 To report an issue, please contact us with:
- Your Order ID
- Clear unboxing images and videos of the product
- A description of the issue
We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
Return Policy
You can return a product within 2 days of delivery in these cases:
- The product is damaged, spoiled, or leaked during transit
- The item received is different from what was ordered
- The quantity or packaging is incorrect
To start a return, contact our customer service team with your Order ID, images of the product, and a brief description of the issue — within 2 days of delivery.
Refund Process
Once a return request is approved:
- We'll arrange a reverse pickup of the product.
- After inspection, a refund is issued as a discount coupon equal to the value of the returned product.
- The coupon can be used toward any future purchase on TheMomMix.
Note: the product must be returned in its original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition.
Non-Returnable Items
- Products purchased on clearance or during special promotions
- Items returned after 2 days of delivery
- Partially consumed or tampered items
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 2 hours of placing them. After that, the order is confirmed and moves into dispatch.
- A cancellation request is accepted only if the order hasn't shipped yet.
- If your cancellation request is accepted before processing, you'll receive a full refund of the entire amount.
- For prepaid orders cancelled after processing has started, only 50% of the paid amount is refunded.
- For COD orders with a partial/prepaid advance, that advance is non-refundable in case of cancellation.
- TheMomMix reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including stock unavailability, pricing errors, informational errors, or issues identified with the personal or financial details provided.
