These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of themommix.com (the "Website") and any purchase you make from TheMomMix ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Website.

1. About Us

TheMomMix sells premium dry fruits, nuts, seeds, and nutrition mixes online, and ships across India. We are based in Gurugram, Haryana, and are FSSAI licensed (Lic. No. 20826005008028) and GST registered (GSTIN: 06FQIPM3387P1ZY).

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old, or place orders under the supervision of a parent/guardian, to use this Website or make a purchase.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account, placing an order, or contacting us.

3. Products & Pricing

• We make every effort to display product information, images, and prices accurately. Actual product packaging or appearance may vary slightly.
• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Prices, offers, and product availability are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you complete checkout.
• In the rare case a product is mispriced or listed in error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.

4. Orders & Payments

• Placing an order is an offer to buy; an order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed (or, for Cash on Delivery where offered, once we accept the order).
• We accept payments via Razorpay (cards, UPI, net banking, wallets including PhonePe, Paytm and Google Pay) and, where available, Cash on Delivery.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion — for example, in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability — and will refund any payment already made for a cancelled order.
• You can cancel an order free of charge within 2 hours of placing it, as described in our Shipping Policy.

5. Shipping & Returns

Delivery timelines, shipping charges, and delivery-attempt rules are set out in our Shipping Policy. Rules for returns, replacements, and refunds are set out in our Returns & Refund Policy. Both form part of these Terms.

6. Account & Security

• If you create an account, you're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login/OTP access and for all activity under your account.
• Please notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

7. Acceptable Use

When using the Website, you agree not to:

• Use the Website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other users' accounts, or non-public areas of the Website
• Interfere with or disrupt the Website's functioning, security, or servers
• Copy, reproduce, or resell any content from the Website without our written permission
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information (including fraudulent orders or payment details)

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website — including the TheMomMix name and logo, product photography, text, graphics, and design — is owned by or licensed to TheMomMix and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use it without our prior written consent, except as needed to browse and shop on the Website in the ordinary course.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TheMomMix is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Website or products purchased from us, beyond the value of the relevant order. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law, including liability arising from defective products under applicable consumer protection law.

10. Third-Party Services

The Website relies on third-party services for certain functions — including Razorpay for payments and courier partners such as Bluedart, Ekart, Delhivery, and Shiprocket for delivery. Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Website will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gurugram, Haryana.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, products, or legal requirements. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date, and continued use of the Website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
