Shipping Policy
We're committed to getting your order to you in the best condition, as quickly as possible. Please read through our shipping process and timelines before placing an order.
Order Processing Time
At TheMomMix, every order is freshly packed only after it's placed, so you always get the freshest mix.
- Orders are prepared for dispatch within 2–3 working days.
- You can cancel an order free of charge within 2 hours of placing it. After that window, the order is confirmed and moves into processing.
- Changes to an order are possible only while it's still unfulfilled — once it has been fulfilled, changes can no longer be made.
- Once packed, your order is dispatched within 1–2 working days from our warehouse via trusted courier partners such as Bluedart, Ekart, Delhivery, and Shiprocket.
Shipping Timeline
- Our courier partners typically deliver within 5–7 working days of dispatch, depending on your location.
- Deliveries are made Monday–Friday, 9 AM–7 PM.
- Timelines may occasionally shift due to weather, strikes, or other courier delays beyond our control.
Delivery Attempts & Returns
- If you're unavailable at the time of delivery, our courier partner will make up to three (3) delivery attempts.
- If the order still can't be delivered after all three attempts, it's automatically returned to us.
- For prepaid orders, refunds are processed after deducting two-way shipping charges.
- For partial COD orders, the prepaid portion is non-refundable if the parcel is returned undelivered.

- A complete and accurate delivery address, including PIN code
- A valid contact number and email address
We recommend double-checking your details before confirming your order — incorrect information can lead to delays or a failed delivery.
Tracking Your Order
- Once dispatched, you'll receive tracking details via WhatsApp or email.
- Use the link provided to track your shipment status in real time — or use "Track My Order" in the footer any time.
